Apple Wine Vinegar
Spinach Apple Salad
Ingredients
1 apple apples, raw, with skin, sliced
2 oz goat cheese
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Apple Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp pecans, chopped
1 tsp. Splenda brown sugar
6 cup spinach, raw
Directions
In small bowl whisk together olive oil, vinegar, and Splenda. On separate plates arrange spinach, apples, goat cheese and pecans. Pour a 1/4 of the dressing on top of each plate and serve.

Blueberry Wine Vinegar
Orzo with Spinach and Feta Salad
Ingredients
1/2 lbs orzo
1 lbs fresh spinach, trimmed and chopped
2 tbsp Blueberry Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup reduced fat crumbled feta
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp cracked black pepper
Directions
In a large pot of boiling water, cook orzo according to package instructions. Stir in spinach until wilted. Drain. In a large bowl, toss hot spinach and pasta with blueberry wine vinegar, crumbled feta cheese, and olive oil. Season with fresh ground pepper.

Strawberry Summer Salad
Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, halved
2 tbsp Blueberry Wine Vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. Splenda brown sugar
4 oz reduced fat blue cheese
4 cup spinach, raw
Directions
In a large bowl toss spinach, strawberries, walnuts and blue cheese together. In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, vinegar, and brown sugar together and pour over salad. Toss until evenly coated with dressing and serve.

White Muscadine Wine Vinegar
Chicken with Mustard Cream Sauce
Ingredients
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 lbs chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup White Muscadine Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup Fat Free half and half
1 tsp Italian Mediterranean Spice Blend
Directions
Heat olive oil to medium high heat in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook until cooked through, 10-12 minutes, turning once. Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Pour vinegar into hot skillet and cook until reduced by half, about one minute. Whisk in half and half, Italian seasoning and Dijon mustard. Cook until thickened, about 2 minutes. Pour any accumulated juice from chicken into the sauce. Drizzle sauce over chicken and serve. Pairs well with steamed asparagus and orzo.

Warm White Bean Salad
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup cooked white beans
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp Creole Spice Blend
2 tsp White Muscadine Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup green onion, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
Directions
In a small sauce pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add red pepper; cook stirring frequently until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in beans, green onions, Creole seasoning and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cover until most of the liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes. Stir in wine vinegar and serve

Ingredients

1 cup tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup green onion, chopped

1 tbsp garlic, minced
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and serve in whole wheat tortilla or as a dip

Ingredients
1 cup onion, chopped
3 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp Italian Spice Blend
1 cup green bell pepper

Directions
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend for 3 seconds. Chill and serve.
